
The dialect in Pesaro, is almost typical of Romagna with "Z" becomes "they" and "them" drag. It does not seem to stay in the Marche. Here, however, begins a coastline that stretches for 180 km, to San Benedetto del Tronto where there is the other "border" with Abruzzo.
Gabicce Mare, is the first town in the Marche coast useful for vacation. Protected by the hill lies the park of San Bartolo, with villas overlooking the sea, the country has a sort of appendix: following an uphill, scenic and winding, it leads to Gabicce Monte, a settlement dating back to 909 , with the ruins of a castle. The real living, however, is down to the marina around a bay surrounded by a wide beach, a village that comes alive in summer. To get in Pesaro you can follow the ancient road that crosses the hill on the cliffs where there are some fishing villages: Casteldimezzo , the medieval of Focara and Santa Marina Alta. The fortress accept, that the myth of Dante's Paolo and Francesca, and very close and should be discovered. After 20 km of road, then, you get to Pesaro, called "the rose of the sea", which was the birthplace of Gioacchino Rossini. The beach is sandy, 8 km long and divided between the west and east from the Great Sphere, a sculpture by Arnaldo Pomodoro. The city has a historic core, culminating in the Piazza del Popolo, where the Ducal Palace and the Fountain of the Tritons, at number 34 Via Rossini is the birthplace of the composer, now a museum.
Ardizio On the Hill take the road that leads to internal Fano, after which the landscape, on the coast, lost in the hills and back plate. In the town there is the fishing port, surrounded by pastel-colored houses, the nineteenth-century theater, the Palace the Podesta, the Court Malatesta. Further, between the rivers and Metauro Cesano, rise Towers and Marotta di Fano Mondolfo famous seaside resorts, and after arriving Senigallia. Of Roman origins, known as "the velvet beach", for the fine and soft sand that covers a 13 km stretch of sand interrupted only by the Rotonda a Mare and the port. Senigallia is the most 'popular in the Marche for the holidays. The four circular towers of the fortress Roveresca are a legacy of the Renaissance. Solder in Senigallia, and among them, are Marzocca and Marina di Montemarciano with Mantignano tower on a hill, built to predict the attacks of the Saracens, and then, on the coast, the Mandrocchio, fort 400, and Rocca Priora. So we arrive at Falconara, a prelude to the industrial and maritime capital. Ancona is a concentration of monuments and memories that revolve around the port from which ships set sail for Croatia and Greece. Upon your entering the city we find the Mole Vanvitelliana military building from 1733. And then, un'infilata of pearls: the Teatro delle Muse (1827), Piazza del Plebiscito with the church of San Domenico, which houses paintings by Titian and Guercino, the Arch of Trajan, the Loggia dei Mercanti, the fountain of Tredici Cannelle The church of San Francesco alle Scale with the Assumption of Lorenzo Lotto, and the elegant Cathedral of San Ciriaco, Guasco on the Hill, above the harbor. But the best scenario is offered by the Riviera del Conero, with high walls, barren and wild, rugged coastline, the white seal that maciigni bays and hidden coves. The Monte Conero presents inside a park of about 6 000 hectares of hill covered with pines, oaks, broom, strawberry, lavender and grape vines that give red wine flavored and robust.
