know Shungiku of the plant? It 'a kind of edible chrysanthemum , used in Japanese cooking, and Chinese. Shungiku The plant is used in winter as an ingredient for the nabe. Its taste is bitter, but Scott is very good. I forgot to keep it in a place not too hot, so she went to flower. Very nice!
