Sunday evening we tried to make homemade takoyaki, the bites of pasta with the cooked meat on the plate, a typical Japanese snack.
The idea came to mind after watching a popular drive where you just comparing the takoyaki and pizza, and participants had to choose the best.

To make the preparation more fun we cooked them on the table, the portable stove and a "takoyaki pan", the plate for cast iron takoyaki, coming straight from Kappabashi.



There were some guests with us Italians, who have seen this product for the first time the Japanese (and some even had the first time they used chopsticks). However allla order they liked.
